We, here at Allure cosmedic, aim to bring you the very best of services hence we are pretty flexible with our cancellation policy. We take immense pride in serving you with our heart and soul and can revolve around your busy schedule if you are unable to make it work. Our working hours are all yours and we can accommodate you to our best options. There are, however, a few procedures that take preparation and product arrangement on our part that start way before the actual day of your treatment. It would be wonderful if you plan to cancel and let us know a little beforehand.
We shall guide you through the whole process, our professional staff will not only make this the easiest process for you but will shower you with options and recommendations and guide you to make the best choice possible. It must be noted though that Allure Cosmedic believes in a non refund policy due to the nature of the business. We are, however, very open to presenting you with alternative options if you seem to not want to go through with your selected course. The front desk is available for any troubleshooting at our part and hopefully, it wouldn’t even come to the refunding. We can also convert the access into gift cards for you and they can make for some really cool gifts for any occasion.

- Allure Cosmedic shall arrange for all products and customer brought products shall not be entertained.
- Any and all medical issues and allergies must be disclosed by the client beforehand.
- Once submitted, the amount must not be refunded.
- In accordance with the current legislation, all products mentioned on the website are inclusive of taxes.
- The information throughout is provided in English and shall be the language of communication in any legislation.
- Allure Cosmedic retains the right to change products due to unavailability or generally.
- No exchanges may be carried through without an invoice or material proof.
- The terms and conditions shall be carried through with the state law that applies to Ontario.
